We are very pleased to welcome everyone to the book launch of “A Mealworm Manual: The Unfathomable Potential of Tenebrio Molitor” and its implementation in Zurich West.
A manual on how grain by-products and plastic waste can be turned into a premium protein powder for human consumption; how to produce a bio-degradable plastic alternative; how to drastically increase revenue by reverse expansion. And ultimately, how not to kill cows anymore in the entirety of Switzerland.

This manual is to be celebrated!

The Swiss Kuhreihen have been known for more than 200 years as a symbol of shepherds, the Alps and Switzerland. This Christmas we come together to celebrate the ultimate cow row. Thanks to the innovations in the tower, no cow will ever have to die anymore for the people of Switzerland. Truly, a saviour has been born.
